MoCA is the cultural and artistic association formed by entrepreneurs, professionals, collectors and art lovers behind Arte Laguna Prize and many other initiatives.
MoCA also aims to promote contemporary art and support emerging artists by organizing cultural events and creating a growing network of opportunities, relationships, and communication among artists, art lovers, and cultural professionals.
Also in 2006, the MoCA Cultural Association founded Arte Laguna Prize, an international visual arts competition. Its goal is to promote and support artists and their careers by offering a wide range of opportunities.
Arte Laguna Prize has worked with artists from more than 120 countries and professionals from diverse international art backgrounds who make up the jury. Since 2010, the exhibition of the finalist works has been held at the Arsenale in Venice, one of the most popular venues for contemporary art in the world.
