Scogliera Viva – Final event
SCULTPURE SYMPOSIUM
ScoglieraViva, the International Open-Air Sculpture Symposium, is back from June 18th to 28th, 2025. Over the past thirty years, it has turned the cliff of Caorle into a veritable open-air museum.
Today, this unique art gallery by the sea is one of the most charming places in the ancient Venetian seaside village.
ScoglieraViva is an attraction for thousands of tourists from all over Europe, but it is also an asset for all citizens.
Since 2018 the symposium got a new and international meaning, with artists coming from all over the world, called to intervene on the cliff’s rocks thanks to Cultural Association MoCA and Arte Laguna, who have been following the project together with Caorle Municipality.
From Germany, to India passing through Russia, the Caorle’s seafront now hosts unique works, testimony to the fact that art is a universal language. The future protagonists of the new 22° edition 2025 will be welcomed by the city on June 18th, day in which they will start the Art Residency and their sculptures. The inauguration evening – to which all are invited to participate – will be hosted in the center of Caorle on June 28th, 2025.
EVENT
The public presentation and Inauguration Ceremony will be Saturday June 28th, 2025, at 9pm in Piazza Vescovado. The artists will be present along with the institutions to speak about the creation steps through words and images. The evening will end with Candlelight Concert: a live exhibition under the stars, illuminated by candles, that will embrace the elegance of Piazza Vescovado, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. The event is free.
